With a professional foundation in nursing and public health, Sarah brings a unique depth to her work—bridging science, healing, and spiritual awakening. Her journey began within traditional healthcare, supporting vulnerable individuals, yet she felt a profound calling to explore healing beyond the physical.
This path led her into the world of energy healing, where she trained in a range of modalities including Theta Healing, Reiki, Rahanni, EFT, and The Balance Procedure. Through years of study, practice, and deep spiritual connection, she began accessing higher levels of awareness within the Akashic Records.
It was through this sacred work that she was gifted The Golden Keys from Melchizedek®—a powerful healing system holding the codes of creation. These keys support individuals in releasing deep-rooted patterns, reconnecting with their true essence, and awakening to higher levels of consciousness.
As the founder of The Golden Key Akashics®, she now teaches and guides others on their own path of healing and awakening, empowering them to access their inner wisdom and embody their divine nature.
She is also the author of transformational works, including The Cosmos, Ascension and the Golden Keys from Melchizedek, and Healing from Within, offering guidance, insight, and energetic activation for those called to a deeper journey.
Her work is devoted to supporting others in remembering who they truly are—guiding them back to alignment, truth, and the infinite light within… and to gently, powerfully step into wholeness

A Deeper Introduction

​Sarah is a founding member of the Elohim High Council of Light, working closely with Melchizedek, Ascended Masters and Angels. The Elohim High Council of Light was established at the time of Creation, when all sentient beings were gifted with free will and Creator’s children first came into existence.
She describes her soul’s journey as one that chose to experience duality from the beginning—walking alongside humanity as one with all of Creator’s children—in order to support the return to higher awareness. This path, she shares, was in service to bringing forward the Keys to Earth at this pivotal time of awakening, supporting what she refers to as a new chapter on Earth and across the cosmos.
Working multidimensionally, she is devoted to supporting the awakening of all of Creator’s children, guiding individuals to remember who they truly are and reconnect with Creator at a deeper level.
She is the founder of The Golden Key Energy Healing System®, a high-frequency healing modality developed through direct connection with Creator. This work supports the clearing of deeply held patterns within the Akashic Records, including long-standing agreements and energetic imprints that have shaped the human experience.
She explains that many of these contracts once supported the journey of duality and the evolution of consciousness. Now, at this time of ascension on Earth, her work focuses on supporting their release—allowing individuals to move forward with greater freedom, alignment, and clarity.
Her intention is to support others in embodying a new way of being—anchored in love, peace, and inner truth—so they may move forward with a deeper awareness of their connection to Creator.
She is the award-winning author of The Cosmos, Ascension and the Golden Keys from Melchizedek, which received recognition at the Mind Body Spirit Book Awards in the channelled category, and the author of Healing from Within, continuing this journey of transformation and self-discovery.
Alongside her spiritual work, she brings over 20 years of experience as a qualified nurse, having supported some of the most vulnerable within society. This foundation, combined with her training in multiple energy healing modalities, has shaped a unique approach that bridges grounded care with expanded awareness.
At the heart of her work is a deep devotion to guiding others to reconnect with their inner light, embody a new frequency, and gently, powerfully step into wholeness.

Each session is designed to work holistically—honouring the connection between mind, body, and soul—so that true and lasting change can take place.
I also offer Golden Key Akashic Readings®, providing insight into your soul’s journey, helping you gain clarity on your life path, and supporting you in making aligned, empowered choices.
Every programme is tailored to your individual needs. While each journey is unique, a series of three sessions is recommended to allow for deeper integration and maximum benefit.
